All activity is logged with tamper-proof records stored in PostgreSQL. Audit data is retained for 90 days on free tier, up to 7 years on Enterprise plans. Logs are encrypted at rest and in transit.

Go to Organization in the sidebar, then click the "Invite" button in the Team Roster section. Enter the email address of the person you'd like to invite. Only organization admins and owners can invite new members.

Yes. NEXUS uses Clerk for authentication, which supports TOTP authenticator apps, SMS verification, and backup codes. Go to your profile settings to enable 2FA.
For security, NEXUS has a 15-minute inactivity timeout. The timer in the top-right corner shows time remaining. Any mouse movement, typing, or clicking resets the timer automatically.
Navigate to the ARGUS module from Apps or the sidebar. Click "Add Stream" and enter your camera's RTSP or HLS URL. ARGUS supports most IP cameras that output standard streaming protocols.
Yes. HERMES supports CSV import for bulk inventory uploads. Go to HERMES → Settings → Import/Export and upload a CSV file matching the provided template.
Set a minimum stock threshold for each item in HERMES. When stock drops below that number, NEXUS will flag it on the dashboard and show it in the Low Stock Items panel. Email alerts are available on paid plans.
Owner — Full access including billing, team management, and all settings. Admin — Can manage team members, access all modules, and view audit logs. Member — Can access assigned modules and view their own data.
Click the moon or sun icon in the top-right corner of the header bar. Your theme preference is saved automatically and persists across sessions.
Yes. Most modules support CSV and JSON exports. Audit logs can be exported from the Audit section. HERMES inventory supports full data export for backup or migration purposes.
Contact support@rionsolution.com to request organization deletion. For security, only the organization owner can request this action and all data will be permanently removed after a 30-day grace period.
